If the temperature in your office needs adjustment, please do not attempt to make adjustments yourself. Please enter a Work Order Request and your ticket will be referred immediately to our Engineering staff.
The standard hours of operation of the heating and air conditioning systems are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday.
Special arrangements should be made in advance for any HVAC outside of those hours. Please note that applicable charges will be incurred for after-hour requests. A web-based system for programming all after-hours HVAC needs is available to tenants. Authorized personnel with ID and password are able to activate HVAC orders via the following link.
